Genie Turn Solutions is locally owned and operated licensed, bonded, and insured vendor specializing in paints, cleans, drywall repairs, and maintenance turns and upgrade services for the multi-housing industry and homes in the greater Phoenix area.
Genie Turn Solutions, formerly Genie Services, began in 1984 as a family business. Originally a carpet cleaning company, Nicholas Eancheff expanded the services to include paints, cleans, drywall repairs, and maintenance, reaching into the Nevada and Texas markets.
In 2023, the company rebranded and adopted a new name: Genie Turn Solutions. With more than 40 years of experience serving the Valley's apartment communities, we specialize in vacant turns and are committed to quality services and customer satisfaction.

Nikki Eancheff
President
Nikki began her career in the multi-housing industry in 1984 with her family's business, Genie Services. Nikki was the first clean tech for the company and is involved in every aspect of the company. She earned her bachelor’s in Business from Arizona State University and holds licenses in both commercial and residential painting & wallcovering and drywall.

Earl Burnett
Field Manager
Earl brings 17 years experience in home repair and restoration. He began working for two local paint and restoration companies before starting his own drywall and paint company for 8 years. He studied Business at Arizona State University and Grand Canyon University. Earl manages the schedule, prepares bids, ensures quality services and customer satisfaction.
